if you turn off photoi stream, then turn it back on, it should sync the 195 from your photostream.

you can currently wipe your whole photostream from the web interface for iCloud, you go into your account settings (which you do by clicking your name on the top of the main screen), view account, then click advanced. and you have 'Reset Photo Stream'.

not a 1 by 1 way, but something for now. This was discussed in the main thread about deleting photos from photostream in the iCloud subforum.

But if I only want the 135 pics that are in my album to be backed up will turning the stream off and then back on do that?

in your regular camera roll? that's totally seperate to photostream. photostream only syncs to the photostream folder. for camera roll, that's iCloud backup.

Gotcha...so when I turn photostream on and take a picture it puts it in the photostream folder and is backed up in iCloud via my camera roll (i am on 5.0)?

no, when you take a photo, it goes into your camera roll as usual and to the photostream folder and up to the photostream in the cloud when connected to wifi (and downloaded to your iDevices and mac/windows machine if set up and turned on). iDevices backup to iCloud automatically overnight or manually at your chosing, so to get those back, you restore from iCloud backup.

A temp solver

Once you get alot of pics in Photostream, copy the ones you want to keep to camera roll. Then go into settings, icloud. Then turn off photo stream. should ask you to delete photos..

removing Photos from the stream

Log into iCloud.com, click your name in the top corner right corner, click advanced, the reset photo stream.

Make sure your turn it off on the iPhone and iPad first. Also turn it off in iPhoto.
It will give your the option to import the photos from photo stream to library before deactivating.

When you reactivate all photos will be gone.

Hope this helps....
