I have a 3G on 4.2.1, 5.15.04 baseband, 6.4 bootloader that I am going to sell. Besides individually removing all apps I have installed, is there an easier way to reset the phone so it doesn't contain of my personal info while keeping the jailbreak so I can sell it?

Just restore the iPhone through iTunes then rejailbreak. Only way you can do it.

So there will be no problem doing a restore through iTunes with a 3G on 4.2.1?

No not at all. You don't have the iPad baseband on it so you'll be able to restore with a stock firmware.

    You're good to go.

No problem. Set it up as a "new phone" when it's done restoring.
