delete VS backspace

Hello All,

I was wondering if there was a command to get the "delete" button to delete text infront of the cursor... like the PC "delete" button would do. Thanks!

If you hold down the 'fn' key (on a laptop) it will do what you are asking. I assume the same is true on a standard keyboard.

google a program called "double command"...it will let you remap the "enter" key on Macbook keyboards to be the delete key...the enter key is hardly ever used anyway.

Standard Mac keyboards have a delete key in the same space the PC delete key would be.
