Deleted ALL PHOTOS from iPhone and iCloud, then deleted the "recent deleted" folder on iPhone, turned off icloud sync. 24h later and i still have 16gb of "document and data" on my iPhone that takes up space. Theres like nothing more to remove. Trying to avoid full reset!

How can i remove these?

Category info like "Documents and Data" are compiled by a portion of iOS called "Spotlight." And Spotlight can't function if the storage is completely full.

So bottom line - if your storage is full, the category info MIGHT be relevant or - ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ might not. Full reset might be your best bet.
