Deleted Beta - Need official release - Little help

I deleted my Beta profile for iOS 10 and want the official release. Is the only way to do this through iTunes to do a full restore?

What do you have currently installed?

Let's say you have 10.1 beta you will have to download the apsw 10.0.2 and then restore your phone with that...
