Deleted emails but icloud usage still the same

I went though my mailbox today and deleted close to 500 email. I have about 20+ emails left

Under storage and iCloud usage, it shows mail using 188MB.

Now even with all the attachments downloaded,the iPhone shows the accurate local storage space of 20mb.

I suppose the iCloud cache needs to be been purged.

Any suggestions?

However both iPhone, mail.app on Mac and iCloud email online all tally perfectly.

Emptied trash and rebooted your phone?
