Deleted iphone drivers?

Did a search and could not find anything here or google.

Well, used cleanmymac and I think I deleted my iphone drivers? My late 2010 air does not recognize my iphone when connected through USB. I thought it was itunes first, but reinstalled itunes and still does not recognize my iphone. Is there any way to fix this without restore?
