Deleted MAC partition when installing XP

I need your help. I stupidly deleted all partitions of OSX when installing XP. I installed XP on partition C . I lost all my OSX . How do I get my OSX back? When I reboot, it takes me automatically to Windows. NOw my MBP is a window machine and i don't like it. Please help me. thank you.

Insert your Install disc and restart holding the 'C' key. Re-install OS X. Also, if you restart holding the Option key, and wait a bit, you will get to choose the startup disk.
