Deleted mail.app and address book.app. how can I get them back?

How can i get these back?, I inserted my osx disk (10.5), it asks me to reboot, then it comes up and asks if i want to uninstall, or backup my OSX drive.
I've searched the Apple website but cannot find a downlaod for these to apps, how else can i restore these files?

Download an app called Pacifist. This will allow you to extract individual apps from the osx install disk.
