I'm using my @me.com email on all devices and it's synced via iCloud. On macos Mail app, I have set deleted messages to go to the native Trash folder (screenshot attached), but the app keeps creating "Deleted Messages" folder. This seems like a random, because sometimes it works normal, it goes to the Trash folder, and sometimes I see that new folder created. After I delete it, after some time (randomly) I see it again with the latest deleted messages in it.

I have attached a screenshots from macos Mail app, but I see that folder on all my iOS devices too.

Is this a bug, or should I set something differently?

I don't know what you mean? It's not new, it's more than 10 years old account.

Create a new user account, login into the new user account, configure your e-mail and see if the issue still happens. It might be something related to your current user account.

Well, it is probably something with my user account. This is hapening from time to time for certainly couple years. And since then I changed many devices and OSs.
