Deleted messages reappear after rebbot (iPhone 5 iOS 7.0.2)

Everytime I restart my phone, the messages that I have deleted about back in my Messages on my phone...

Does anyone else have this issue or is it specific to my phone?

I don't have that problem, but I did notice twice that I had some long lost messages from Jan that I never saw or read, so that was kinda cool, but that was the only problem I got and it happened twice so I reset my phone and all has been right.
