I deleted my user file Macintosh HD/Users/MY USER NAME.

How can I get it back? I used data rescue 2 but it didn't get the folders it was in or the file names and I have about 300 files on my desktop so I can't rename everything. :( I also have a iPhone and I and I want to know if everything on it will be deleted at the next sync (Contacts, songs, videos, Photos, Apps) if I can't get my files back because some of my song aren't backup so my iTunes won't be the same as the last time I sync my iPhone (My iPhone is Jailbroken.)

I don't know when an iPhone proposes this dialog, but when you plug it into a new/different Mac, it will prompt you (after saying NO to the initial sync/erase) if you want to merge the data from the iPhone with the computer, effectively transferring over contacts and calender information.

The only way to transfer music/vids is if they are purchased from the iTunes store. All apps are, so it should prompt you to transfer them as well.

Only photos taken with the iPhone can be transferred.

Otherwise, maybe ssh-ing into the iPhone with it jailbroken could allow you to transfer over everything manually.
