Deleted photos from Photos

Is it possible to recover photos that have been deleted from the photos app, including those that have been erased from the ‘recently deleted’ folder?

Yes, because they're in the Recently Deleted folder fro 30 days.

Probably not as this bypasses the Trash.

If they were stored in an iCloud Photo Library than Apple Support may be able to help
