My small brother deleted me important messages. I didn't know that so I synced my iPhone.

Is there any way to get my massages back?

I found 3d0d7e5fb2ce288813306e4d4636395e047a3d28 file with my messages but i don't know how to get them back.

Where can I find older backup?

Edit: I tried SQLite Database Browser but it doesn't work.
I found some online convertor it works but my deleted messages weren't there.

I need them, please help me.

If the messages were sent after a backup, you can’t get them back.
