Deleted the garageband launcher

I screwed up and deleted the launcher for garageband, now I dont know how to start it back up. I have all the files to run it, loops, etc, just not the actual guitar logo launcher.

How can I get it back quick and easy?

You are either talking about the icon in the dock or the application itself. If 1, go to your Applications folder and find it. If 2, reinstall from your install DVD (there are multiple install packages on the DVD, usually one per application).

Have you already emptied the Trash?

You can re-install iLife with your second restore disk, that came with your Mac.

I dont have the disk, am I going to have to buy another?

Go to finder and applications and see if it is there. If it is you just have to drag it from there to the dock.

You can get replacement disks from Apple for like 30$, if you can show them some validation, that you purchased the Mac.

Do a spotlight search of Garageband. If you just removed the icon from the Dock, nothing's gone.
