Deleted Walkie Talkie, now I can't find it?

I believe I deleted it or removed it somehow and now I can't put it back on my iwatch. Is the walkie talkie a system app? If so, I cant technically remove it right? Then I must have...hidden it somehow. Now I want to use it and I can't find it... help?

whats it called? I see a few things pop up under "walkie talkie"

Okay. I found it in the app store but it says " This app can only be downlaoded" to the iwatch and there's no button for me to DL it to the watch. Then I go from the iwatch itself...to the app store...so i'm looking at apps just for iwatch and when i find that walkie talkie app, same thing happens, I can't download it for some reason...
