Deleted wallpapers...any way to extract from snow leopard dvd?

while looking and the system folders and looking at wallpapers, i moved the wallpapers rather than copy them. long story my wallpaper folders are all empty (abstract, art, nature, etc...)

is there a way to get them off the snow leopard dvd? i tried browsing the dvd invisble files but couldn tell what i was looking at. i have another hd i could install SL to and then copy back over but dont want to go through that if i dont have to.

many people have also posted them on flickr... even though it's not their own original work lol... although it's convenient for me to grab them and put them on my resurrected windows laptop
