Ugh, I got pen ink on my braided cable for my MacBook Air 2022. Anyone have tips on how to clean it?

I'd try bleach , might take a few applications

first put alcohol on it, let it work a bit and then gently scrub with dish soap

Or throw the ink part in water with a dishwasher tablet. It helps with difficult stains on clothes

I used alcohol and it removed most, if not all of it! The cable is still wet so we’ll see once it dries but it looks pretty good to me!

Generally, hand sanitizer works well to remove ink stains.
