Hey,

Ok. I created an encrypted disk image. But now I want to delete it but itt tells me it can't be placed in the trah bc its password protected. I click on it and nothing happens. How can I delete it? (I DO know the password, just cant seem to find where to enter it to unlock the disk image.

Password protected - or locked? If it's locked - and I don't see why password protection would matter here - just select it, do a ⌘-I to "Get Info", and make sure it isn't locked, then try to delete it.

Did that help any?

Also, I assume you're trying to delete the dmg file itself, not the disk image once it's opened up....
