Deleting Apps in landscape mode

Might have been discussed before but has anyone noticed when deleting or moving apps in any other orientation other than portrait with home button down the controls are all backwards and inverted?

I only noticed this after jailbreaking my ipad, but it might have been there all along.

Just tried it. No odd behavior in any orientation.

I'm having this issue too
it began After jailbreaking, guessing an app I have installed from cydia is doing it.
it's a little annoying

Only winterboard does this for me, which is why I'm still not using it yet.

Just uninstalled Winterboard and problem has been resolved, still Jailbroken though.
