Deleting, changing the left swipe screen

I have an iphone 12 pro, and when I swipe to the left. There are "widgets", that I can't delete when I press and hold and they jingle. I am not sure why I can't delete them. Anyone have any tips?

Scroll down and click "Edit" or "Customize"
