I have an iPad that is running out of hard drive space. Two of the options to add a significant amount of space are to delete old iMessage conversations and also to delete large iMessage attachments. If I do that, will those old messages and attachments also be deleted from my other iOS devices? I'd like to make sure they're still accessible on my iPhone, iMac, etc. Thanks for any help!

I believe they will be deleted from all devices if deleted on your ipad, but only if you have icloud messages on. If you have a mac, you can copy all your attachments into a folder on your mac so that you can delete the conversation off your devices and not lose any attachments.

How exactly do you do this?
