I just imported a bunch of mp3s from 3 backup DVDs and accidentally created multiple duplicates of all the songs. Is there any way to quickly erase these duplicates? When I choose the option "view duplicates" I have over 10 GB of duplicates and it is taking forever to delete them one by one. Is there a way to turn off the "Do you want to move the selected song to the Trash....?" warning?

In View Options...select Date Added. If you sort by that, you may be able to sort out the copies and select them easier because they will have different add times.

I just hold command :)apple:) and click multiple files before hitting delete. Holding command in OSX is similar to holding ctrl in windows. It allows you to select extra files while keeping the last selection ... um ... selected.
