It appears in no app't or all app's It's on the desktop. I did a repair disk, zapped my PRAM Cleared all my cache in safari but I don't think it's a browser issue because it's up there no matter what I open or if I don't open any app. Thanks for the speedy reply. Go eat some turkey, thats what I'm going to do. Oh btw my Mac is an old 2009 Mac Pro that I changed from 4,1 to 5,1 with the driver trick so it thinks it's a 2010 and I installed High Sierra on another internal HD. But it's not a problem in HS only in El Capitan 10.11.6

Everything I listed in my two quotes needs to go. Afterwards, reboot and run another Etrecheck report to make sure you got it all.

2nd run Still have white "Search the Web" bar at top of desktop.
Just as a test, reboot and gold the shift key to boot to safe mode. That will stop all those launch and startup items from running. If that stops it, then you know it is something launching from that list causing it. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to nail down which item it is. All yu can do is start removing items and restarting to test.

What I usually suggest is print out the Etrecheck report and use that as a worksheet, and start removing half the items at a time until you find the culprit.

OK thanks so your talking about removing all the EtreCheck report stuff in Red?
Anything that is listed in startup items or in one of these folders would be a target.

~/Library/LaunchAgents (~ is your users folder)
/Library/LaunchAgents
/Library/LaunchDaemons
/Library/StartupItems
/System/Library/Extensions/

Thanks here is a small section I was talking about. So when I booted holding down Shift Key the white bar at top of desktop went away. Does that tell you anything?

It is proof positive it is one of those launch or startup items causing this.

Those red items are not the issue, but you should them anyway. Those are launch items for apps you no longer have.
So I could not find any other of these files except for the one in orange text. And My startUp folder in Library is empty.

Do you still have MacKeeper installed? (I think you should remove that if it is still installed, just my opinion)

I see another few items that I would question whether you actually need...

MEGAsync Application
Wondershare Helper Compact Application
mega.mac.megaupdater.plist
NeoFinder Global QuickFind Application

(I would have expected Malwarebytes to pick up the wondershare items, maybe a couple of others. I wonder why it did not?)

Just my guess - the Neofinder Global QuickFind app might have a preference settings that is putting your search item on the desktop. (maybe)

Thanks for the reply I don't have MacKeeper, there is nothing in Pref's of Neofinder Global Quicksand, Got rid of all the MRGAsync about 8 files including the app. ( I use EasyFind 4.9.3) Found 3 Wondershare one I can't delete because it says it's open. But I don't seen it open anywhere, so I did a "Force Quit" and didn't see it anywhere in there unless EasyFind is a Wondershare product, so I just pulled
file:///Users/JamesBechdel/Library/Application%20Support/Helper/Wondershare%20Helper%20Compact.app
And put it on desktop but I didn't find it in my Home Library area but in the Library Hidden Libraty the one you need to hold option key and click on the Go button in top menu. trashed mega.mac.megaupdater.plist
But can't find NeoFinder Global QuickFind Application. Going to do a restart and see what happens. I'll also run Malwarebyted again.
After Restart (which seem to be loading to desktop faster I still have the white "Search the Web" bar at top of desktop as per attached screen capture.
If you want I can send you the info EtreCheck had. It's a lot of text.

Your EtreCheck log shows that you have installed MacKeeper 6 times in the last 30 days. If you have removed it (and you are sure that you have gone through all the steps to make sure it is not installed), then that's a Good Thing™ :D

There's usually some items that you can remove from your System Preferences/Users & Groups/Login Items. If you remove an item, don't just hide that item. Select it and click the (-) at the bottom left to remove it from the list.
If there are files that you can't delete (file is busy, or whatever), then restart in safe boot mode, which will prevent a number of startup files from loading, and will usually then allow you to drag those files to the trash.

The EtreCheck log also shows you where the Neofinder Global QuickFind application is located. It's inside the NeoFinder app, which is in the Applications folder.
You probably don't want to modify the app (by removing an internal file), unless you want to remove the app completely.
If you really want to see where that Global QuickFind app is located, right-click on the NeoFinder app, then choose Open Package Contents. A folder will open that will allow you to browse inside of that app. The Global app is in the Contents/Resources folder. (Aha, there it is! :D ) Deleting that might disable that app completely (I don't know), but do you actually use the Neofinder app? If you do, then just leave it as it is. Make sure your version is the most up-to-date version of that app.

Ya I deleted System Preferences/Users & Groups/Login Items some of them and I use Neo Finder. I have hundreds of DVD's with tons of stuff to help me with graphic design. I wish I could delete the white "Search the Web" large tab at the top of desktop. I don't even remember when it started showing up.
