iPod deleting songs on the fly

With the upcoming release of ICLOUD,

Has anyone heard if Apple will finally let us delete songs on our IPOD's on the fly without having to connect to a computer & ITUNES?

Err... you can already do this. Swipe side to side and the delete button pops up.

screen shot? I launch ipod app, go to my song list, and swiping left or right on a song title does nothing.

Hmm, maybe I'm thinking of deleting it from a Playlist and not from the device itself.

Running iOS 5 beta at present and yes deleting songs without iTunes is possible, though beta 7 here doesn't like doing it. Apple will fix soon I'm sure
