Deleting Standard iPhone Apps (ie Stocks)

Lol, I just put the stuff I don't need at the last page... It's the reject section.
i found that after jailbreaking my 2.2.1 iphone 3G, the stocks app was still missing when i upgraded to my current iphone 3GS
so i guess when you jailbreak, the effects are permanent...

I had this happen when I upgraded to 3.0 from jailbroken 2.2.1 on my iPhone 3G. I was missing the Stocks app and the Contacts App. I also had 2 or 3 normal applications that would show up for updates in the AppStore and actually update, but could not be found in search. Kind of crazy. This was fixed when I restored 3.0 and set it up as a new phone instead of from a backup.
I jailbroke my 3GS in like 5 minutes no joke it was really fast. no restore was involved. Now I must hide the annoying stocks app, thanks for reminding me.

i went here followed there instructions on getting redsn0w 0.8 downloaded the torrent/files from torrent then i followed the in program commands.
instead of reformating your iphone it simply uploads the software it was very cool and very fast
