I tranferred my music to my new iphone and i have a u2 album on my phone?? how do i delete that crap?

----------

Figured it out, should have googled it first

I can understand your frustration. I deleted it too.
U2 announced a new tour. Does that mean they'll break into my house and start playing?

I'd be ok if Bono was the one breaking in.. Lol.. He loves himself way too much now. But he's still worth a look.. Or two. Lol actually I hate having stuff forced on my phone. I have always enjoyed U2s music, but I want nothing forced in my music. I was going to delete on principle.. I have other U2s music.. So I listened to it and actually liked it. Wonder how Bono would feel if I downloaded some of my music on his phone? He wouldn't be happy.

Didn't he have a car crash or something recently? Sure I read he'd never be able to play the guitar again.

Or is that all just wishful thinking..?

My favorite part of that article was the band's response:

Bono continued: "Recovery has been more difficult than I thought. As I write this, it is not clear that I will ever play guitar again. The band have reminded me that neither they nor western civilization are depending on this.

LMAO!

On topic: Personally, I'm fine with free music...but then again, it didn't auto load in my case. And Apple did take steps to make it easily removed.

Why all the U2 and Bono haters?

One reason may be that the cover of the album is distinctly homosexual.

I found the U2 album in the iTunes library on my MacBook Pro. I had no idea why it was there, and I didn't know who Bono was, so I phoned Apple and they deleted it. However, the album remains in iCloud and its songs appear on my iPad and iPhone with the iCloud symbol next to them. There is apparently no way of really deleting anything completely that has appeared for whatever reason on one of your Mac devices.

Thank you!! I'm not a U2 hater, love their album "Rattle and Hum", but did not care for this album, and hate to have something forced onto me. Been trying to delete it for a couple of months now. This is great!:D
