Deleting Usb files that auto launch?!

UGH this is frusterating lol So i have a free usb stick given to me by my school but whenever i plug it into a pc (only) it launches this program with orientation information. If formated the usb stick 3 times and i cant seem to erase this magical partition that stores this crap on it lol any one have any tools (free) or ideas how to wipe this thing COMPLETELY clean? thanks for the help everyone!

The partition where the auto launch is read only. It's a waste of time to try to delete it; just buy another usb stick and transfer what you want.
