Deletion Robot

Hi all,

I'm new to this site but have been a Mac User for many years.
Can anyone corroborate that there used to be a keyboard shortcut for deleting files that made a robot graphic appear on screen and disintegrate the file you wanted to delete? I can't find any images of it at all. I'm sure I didn't dream it!

I don't recall that one, but there was an extension that made Oscar the Grouch pop out of the Trash can and sing "Oh I Love Trash" when emptying the trash. Similar, but not what you're looking for.

Yes, this is a mash up answer,

that robot was in quarkexpress , it did not delete files, but text boxes!
