I was just charged for the iPhone 6s Plus that I ordered 3:00 a.m. Eastern time on launch day. Verizon is telling me that the expected delivery date is 9/18 and that is today. Is there something wrong with my order and should I be worried?

Yes I ordered the 6s Plus. I was charged for the 6s Plus and that's what my receipt says.
That would make my week. I've always heard stories of people getting them days early, but I never thought it was possible.

Mine says the same thing but no shipment notification. I'm not going to hold my breath on receiving it early, but I will be pleasantly surprised if I do.
Obviously because it isn't shipped yet. Until you can check it with the shipping carrier I suggest not hold your breath.
