has iOS 11 finally fixed one of the most annoying bugs (to me) in iOS?

I will send an iMessage. I will see that it's "Delivered." Then I'll see it change to "Read" indicating the recipient looked at the message.

If I kill the messages app (double click home button, swipe up on messages to remove the card) and then launch it again, that same message that was just "Read" changes back to "Delivered."

It will stay as "read" as long as I don't kill the messages app.

This has been around since iOS 9.3!! I gave up hope a long time ago. Got used to it. Now there is the setting time zone bug (introduced in 10.3) that is still present in iOS 11. Fun stuff.

One of the major bug of iOS 10 is when you receive an audio message on the lock screen, when you put the phone on your ears the quick reply open up and the audio message play loud...An atrocious bug imo.

I'm sure its still there on iOS 11?
