when it works.

Is anyone else having issues with this POS syncing entries and deletions across their devices? I have the latest versions for iPad Pro, iPhone X, and iMac running High Sierra. Tech Support is virtually non-existent; when they did get around to answering my query, I was told to "just manually add the delivery information to each of the three apps and you'll be synced".

huh?

I've used it for years and it syncs without any issue for me on several Macs and serveral iOS devices all running High Sierra or iOS 11.
Do you have iCloud storage for Deliveries enabled on your devices in the iCloud settings?

I use the apps a lot and sync using their Junecloud service and not iCloud and it always syncs perfectly.

Yep. That was the 1st item I checked. With a bit more digging, I noted there were two files for Deliveries in settings/user/iCloud/Manage Storage. That may have been the problem. As they're approximately the same size and content, I'll delete one and see if the issues resolve.

If deleting one of the Deliveries files doesn't work, I may switch to Junecloud.

I appreciate both of your suggestions and thank you! What ticked me off was their "solution", which involved a lot of extra work for an app that's supposed to cloud-sync:D

The main reason I use the Junecloud sync is it allows you to forward emails from vendors like Amazon or whatever to the Junecloud email address and it pulls the tracking info out for you and adds it to their sync service, and it appears in the app in a few seconds. Very handy. If you use iCloud sync that service does not work.

Well, deleting that extra file didn’t work, I switched to Junecloud, and haven’t looked back. All tracking is now syncing and updating across all devices. I’m not sure why this app isn’t playing nice with iClouds serverso_O
