I feel you. My friend called :apple: a few days ago and asked them what's up. They just said it will be delivered in the promised time window and not to worry, cause the phone will come. Hang in there man I know it sucks but the wait makes it better :)

I placed my order 9-12, however, Apple gave me a reservation and did not complete my order until 9-13. My scheduled delivery was 10-13 to 10-20. I called Apple to complain that I was put to the end of the line because they gave me a reservation instead of placing my order on 9-12 so they changed delivery to 2 business days. Otherwise, I would be getting my phone on Friday.

I am not a very patient person and I hate waiting! I have to leave my office early today and I am really hoping UPS gets here before then......When did you order yours? I think the next groups won't have to wait as long between preparing to ship and shipping due to the Chinese holiday being over. Good luck and I hope yours comes earlier!

I ordered it on 9/20.

I got an email from apple says the phone will be shipped between 10/13 and 10/20. Hope it will be delivered soon.

Btw, the 7-day Chinese national holiday really delays the speed of shipment.
 
Initial Thoughts

My phone arrived yesterday and I am loving it! So glad I went with the plus! I am 5'3" and petite and I have no problems with the way it feels in my hands. However, it is really big and I am trying to decide how to transport - what kind of case - how to fit into my purses, etc.

I'm a fair sized guy, 6'1" and bass/piano playing hands and the 6+ just so perfectly in my hands, but Jane333 I'm super glad to hear you have yours! its like being on ice when the goal was scored, not my credits but ill take the +1!
 
I just got the import scan maybe within the hour, I've "arrived" at Louisville yesterday at midnight too. Louisville to Oakland and then San Jose sounds like a good little journey:p

Ours are probably travel buddies all the way until the end. I'm up in the North Bay. Stoked for tomorrow morning. It's being delivered to my office, so I probably won't get a whole lot of work done.
 
That's wild; through the whole Internet you and I are only 100 some odd miles apart! Good luck, let's see who gets delivery first, and lucky it's going to my house and I have tomorrow off, so I'll be sleeping at the doorstep tonight ;)

I'm holding and guessing it's close to the new buddy in my hands too ;) congrats! Btw, I've got a Spligen shell on it but it's too pretty to keep on!

The clear case? I was going to get that one too. I ended up with the Spigen Slim Armor in Gunmetal. Cool case, do not like the color, but no big deal! I just like the fact that its somewhat rigid in case the bending is an actual issue for me!

thats my concern too, how it will fit in my small purses...i have a small MK purse I like to take when I go to bars...i am not sure if it will fit...

I am hoping someone designs an iPhone 6+ case with a cross body strap that I can use with my small purses. Neither my 4 nor my 5 fit in some of my purses and I found a case like that at nordstroms that I loved. It was beautiful black leather with a gold chain link strap and other gold hardware. My phone with a normal case fit inside, plus a small lipstick, a credit card and some cash so I coukd even use it alone.
