Anyone else in this boat? I've gotten a new phone on launch day for a decade and because of the time switch I missed it at 5am - I must have unconsciously turned the alarm off.


Got a midnight green 256GB 11 Pro Max. Hope they beat the odds and get more orders out than anticipated.
 
I completely forgot about the pre-order this year, but that might be due to having a nine-month old in the house and not remembering things in general anymore.

I got a Midnight Green 256GB Pro Max as well through AT&T with the same date range.

I'm still contemplating on my end. I was completely set on sticking with my Xs for another year, but once the 11/Pro are released, I'm going to take a look in person and see if I like them. I'm on IUP but I don't see the need to have the new phone on the day it's released (plus, I'll be on vacation next week anyway).

Wise move. I jumped out and got the XS at launch last year and was plagued with the connectivity issues. I’ll let others be the beta testers this year.
 
I fell asleep around 130AM pacific. Had an alarm set for 540AM to preorder, yeah i know i set it 40 min past the start, it was already set that way for work the day before and i was too lazy to change it. I happened to wake up at 457AM on my own some how. Got the Green 128GB for myself and Purple 128GB for the wife. The site didn't take pre-orders till 5:03 I kept refreshing trying to hurry up and go back to bed. Was genuinely worried I had ordered the wrong colors/sizes or shipped to wrong address in my slumber, looks okay now that i'm awake :)
 
I had an alarm set for 4:55 AM PST. Apparently, I missed that one and the 5:00 AM one. The 5:05 AM alarm woke me up. I was already preapproved on IUP. I submitted my order within 15 seconds and it gave me the Oct 1 - 4 estimated delivery. I was given a guaranteed release day pickup and any location, but I'm trying to avoid the crowd. I'm hoping that the date eventually gets bumped up. This was for the 11 pro max, 256 GB, Midnight Green.

If Apple was doing pick up times it is pretty easy to get in and out.
 
At 11am PDT, I placed an order for pickup at my local apple store on launch day... definitely check for local stock (11 Pro, green 64 GB)

I almost missed it. Set alarm for 4:45 woke up at 4:55 with alarm still going off and ordered.
 
I ordered on time and checked out at like 8:05AM eastern time. 9-20 delivery date.

11 Pro Max green 256Gigger

I’m shocked this green is so popular.
 
Just canceled my husband order with Apple the 11 pro 256, had a ship date of Oct 4-11 ordered with AT&T same phone, ship date Sept 20
