Delivery change to Store Pick-Up

If I accidentally selected to have my iPhone X delivered on Nov 3rd, is there any possibility if I call apple that they would change the 2 orders to store pick-up for Nov 3rd??? Thanks

In the same boat, but I selected in-store pickup for the phone, but its being sent to my billing address for some reason. but the leather case i ordered with it is being sent to the apple store. Might have to call Apple in the morning, don't think theres much we can do at this hour. hope it helped.

I made the same mistake. I picked my apple store before check out, but it defaulted to being shipped to my house. It says you can make changes on the apple site at the top of the page under Orders in the apple app, but the site is still getting slammed. I get an error when trying to log in.

I wonder if it can be changed to in store pick up...

I’m very doubtful we can change from delivery to store pick-up, but doesn’t hurt to try calling Apple later on

Home delivery will have an allocated amount of iPhones, and each store will have an allocated amount... so I doubt it

has anybody called apple about this? Stupid me did the same thing. I scared that they will be able to do it but it will automatically push you to the end of the queue with 5-6 weeks delivery.

I think in this case they will actually ship the phones to the store instead. This doesn't count against the units allocated for walk in purchases.

Always a possibility, but they also may say you need to cancel and reorder...

tried calling Apple yesterday couldn’t get through. It said to try calling later because of extreme high call volume.

I had the same problem for another issue and got through (after about an hour) on the online chat.

Doesn't matter now anyway because the orders already changed to preparing for shipment. Now it's definitely not possible to change it anymore.

Same thing happened to me I picked the store but it defaulted to shipped. Problem with me is I’ll be on vacation till the 13th so I wanted to pickup where I was. I just did a ups my choice redirection to a ups store near where I’ll be. Cost me $60 but let’s hope nothing goes wrong.
