Delivery question

My delivery message says this. Does that mean it will be delivered at or around 3:00 or anytime before 3 (and how accurate is that estimate?)I was wanting to do something for a little bit in the morning but certainly don't want to miss them either.

What don't you understand? Seems like it's saying you'll get it by 3pm.

You should get it by 3 but mine said by 5 last time and I got it at 8 PM.

Yeah, it will likely be later because of all the signed deliveries they will have to make tomorrow.
