Ordered an 11 Pro Max 64 GB in green for my wife 17 September from Apple, supposed to arrive upcoming Wednesday, 9 October, from China. Ordered an 11 Pro 264 GB in green for me this past Tuesday, 1 October, from Verizon, shows up on Verizon order check facility, but no ship date from China listed. Ahh, the vagaries of Apple phone orders! 🙂
Bigger phone is fine for wife, who carries phone in her purse. I have an 8+ in an Otterbox Defender case and it is a tight squeeze getting it out of my trouser pockets, and I plan to go with another Otterbox Defender, since it does a great job of protecting my overpriced phones. I'd have to get custom made pants with bigger pockets to accommodate an 11 Pro Max in a tough case. 🙂
