Dear all,

I have been having problems setting up my Dell display with the same contrast levels as my Macbook Pro C2D. In comparison my colours just look far to vibrant (noticeably the reds and greens).

This is my first Mac and I am not sure what the best software to use to calibrate my monitor. I have tried the obvious changes to the contrast to the monitor itself without much luck. Any suggestions? Has anyone out there calibrated their Dell monitor? Thanks,

Jono :)

what were you using?

OS X has built in "Display Calibrator Assistant"

go to display preference and color

also were you using glossy mbp?

if that doesn't work well for you, consider going hardware calibrator
