Dell fixes macs?

I got my tracking for my MBP repair and this was the address it's coming from:

Seems kinda wierd to me.

Depends where you got it from -- some gov't agencies and schools have exclusive contracts with Dell, so they actually get their service through Dell.

Apple uses contracted service providers in various locations as well...
