Dell Keyboard with iMac

When using a "standard" PC type keyboard, what keys:

1. work as the "Apple" key?
2. how do you remove a CD from the drive?
3. any other handy key substitutions available?

1. The WINDOWS key is the Command key.
2. via Command + E or the Eject button in Finder's SIdebar or via dragging the CD (on the Desktop) to the Trash icon on the Dock or via the Eject icon in the Menu Bar.
3. I don't know of any, but there is no need to make multiple threads about the same issue.
