Dell is running discounts on their monitors - anywhere between 20% - 25%. I'm in the market for an external monitor for my 12" iBook (see sig) which I intend to run with the well-known hack. I've settled on the DELL UltraSharp 2001FP 20.1-inch Flat Panel LCD Monitor with 3-Year Warranty, which at the moment is listed for $471.75. Question: is this a good price for this monitor in your experience? Have you seen it significantly cheaper? I've read that LCD prices are supposed to come down a lot this year (not clear WHEN this year), but the problem is I can't really wait too long. I need it within the next 3 months or so. Sooo... how good a deal is this? Sale ends Feb 1.
