Dell Refund Policy in the UK

Does anyone know what the Dell return policy is in the UK?

I have an M1530 and am less than happy with it and want to return it. I have only had it 18 days but is that too long?

Just the normal distance selling regulations stuff - 7 days from receipt of goods - nothing unusual

The main irritance is the trackpad occassionaly has its own mind and the cursor becomes irratic and jumps all over the screen. Other than that, the DVDRW is horribly loud (80% of the time), they keyboard misses some strokes, and it arrived with a small dent in the screen surround.

Sounds like you should have a warranty claim even if you can't return it. (Sorry I'm no help on your actual question.)

Yeah, I have emailed the technical support but still waiting for a reply.
