Dell SP2309W Calibration Profile???

hi any owner of SP2309w Dell that bring me a pro expert color profile, I try but I cant... I want a real colors on this monitor, a good calibration please!

the monitor have gret option for calibrate, custom rgb etc... but Iam suck calibrating... any pro here?

after long time struglling and surfing the solutions. I come across a much better solution.

monitor side:
- setup the gama as mac rather than PC
- set sharpness to 20
- turn off `dynamic contrast`

mac side:
1. turn off the Preferences --> General --> `Use LCD font smoothing available`
2. do advanced calibration

monitor side:
- set both brightness and contrast to 75
