latley ive been having image retention on a Dell cinema 30 inchit only happens in a 2 inch width bar in the middle from top to bottom...images that tend to stick are text or pictures on a white background. To see the stuck image you need to move a dark background over the the center of the screen.

its a 6 year old monitor. although unfortunate, consumer electronics even Apples, age. Even if the build quality is exceptional.
