just got a windows computer for free, a pretty nice dell. how do i enable it to connect to my mac internet access.

Plug it into your router?

That's pretty obvious, but you didn't describe how your Apple currently connects to the network - so it's kind of hard to guess how to connect it.

Other missing info:

• Is it brand new, or used?
• Which version of Windows is it running?
• Does it have wifi, or just the more reliable RJ45 copper port?
• How does your Mac Pro connect to the network?

figured it out, just had bad Ethernet cable

free is the best. and it runs windows much faster than vmware fusion.
