Deodorizing naugahyde?

I have inherited a naugahyde recliner that smells like cigarette smoke. What's a safe, effective way to deodorize this material?

Cigarette smoke is a bastard to get out of vinyl.

you can try a pro solution such as Citrus II or other similar dental/hospital cleaner/deodorizer

or try

1 part vinegar to 4 parts lukewarm water

but you will not get all of the odor out.
