Okay, so I've been researching this a little...and there are lots of places that I find that tell what should be in the contract.
Does anyone know of any links to samples/examples of good design contracts.
I just have this thought in my head, that a design contract wouldn't have to be so "official form" looking. I mean, I know the legality part should be.
Just trying to draw my own up.
I did stumble upon the creative commons 'terms and conditions'...but it's a whole page of legal copy. I would imagine this could be condensed.
