Also, is there a place that I can go on the internet to look at different design styles...like a database of the popular styles etc??

I would call it Art Deco + Cartoon. Maybe someone else has a better namefor it.

Its somewhat based on 1930s-40s esque version of what the future would be - but its not anything that special.
