How can i make letters to have a styling like this? As if they are brushed etc...

After a quick Google Search, this useful tutorial came up from Tutsplus. It's a 2 part tutorial that shows creation from start to finish.

As for the style of the font you want, you just need to apply various effects to the fonts/shapes when defining them, and to make sure they can scale properly. Whether it be a brush, or a filter etc.

Honestly, before going to extremes and trying to create a new font from scratch (which is time consuming and not easy), I would look if there isn't already a professional font out there which comes close to your needs.
