Has anyone ever tried to design graphics when sitting on his couch? I guess that for achieving this, I would certainly need some kind of a pad, to place the mouse and keyboard on.
Any other ideas?

Laptop desks might be the thing you're looking for. There's lots of them out there with different designs.

Very interesting thanks!
Is there anyone that has actually used one for designing with Adobe products?

Designing on the couch is great with a paper sketchbook and a pencil in your lap. My second choice would be a tablet with a pen (iPad Pro with pen, for example). Very free-flowing.

A traditional notebook/laptop/desktop/etcetera - Nah, doesn't work that well. I tried it myself, but it is too finicky and awkward in my opinion. Designing with the mouse or Wacom and keyboard is best done on a sturdy desk while sitting in an ergonomic chair or standing (standing desk required).

When I say designing, im referring to using apps like Illustrator, or Indesign or Photoshop.
